Transformer
Amorphous dry transformer not only has excellent performance of fire resistant and self-extinguishing, anti-moisture and anti-cracking, but also has the advantages of low no-load loss and no-load current of amorphous alloy iron core transformers. All normal dry transformers in use now can be replaced with amorphous dry transformers which can be used in high-rise building, commercial center, subway, airport, station, industry and mining enterprise and power plant, especially in the combustible and explosive venues with high requirement of firefighting.
Iron core
The core of the transformer is made of amorphous alloy strip roll iron cores arranged into a four-frame and five-pillar structure, with joints evenly distributed along the lower yoke. Such iron core has advantages of low no-load loss and extremely low no-load current: the no-load loss is lowered by three fourth and the no-load current is less than one third than those of the silicon steel sheet of the same kind.
Low-voltage coil
The low-voltage coil of the transformer is made of copper foil winded into rectangular coil which becomes strong rigid body after processing. Since the foil coil has no helical angle and eliminates the end transverse leakage magnetic field, so it greatly strengthens the capacity of bearing short-circuit current of amorphous dry transformer. The conductive bar led out by the low-voltage coil is placed on the top of the amorphous dry transformer for convenient wiring of users.
