The prepayment single-phase smart electricity meter series is applicable to AC single-phase active electricity with a measurement frequency of 50 Hz, and its performance conforms to the technical requirements of GB17215.321-2008. The meter can sample live and neutral currents at the same time, having a liquid crystal display and multiple communication modes and supporting the 698 object-oriented data exchange protocol (or DL/T645-2007 protocol). It realizes the prepayment function via remote or local modes.

6. It has the time freezing, instantaneous freezing, daily freezing, appointment freezing, and whole-point freezing functions, and the freezing contents and identification are complied with DL/T 645-2007 and the file requirements.
7.It can record the total number of power outage, the total number of programming, the total timing hours, the total number of opening the meter cover, and permanently record the time to clear event and energy data of the electricity meter.
8. It has RS485 communication and infrared communication functions under the DL/T 645-2007 Agreement and its filed documents.
